Free cancellation
Cancel up to 7 days before your experience and receive a full refund.
Partial refund
Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the experience receive a 50% refund.
Late cancellation
Cancellations within 48 hours of the experience, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
Weather & force majeure
If we must cancel for reasons beyond our control, you may reschedule for another date or receive a full refund.
