Bookings
Bookings are made through our website or directly with our team. A booking is confirmed once payment is received. Prices are shown in euros (EUR).
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.
Pricing & inclusions
Prices vary by group size and experience. Each experience page lists what is and is not included. Entrance tickets, food and personal expenses are not included unless stated.
Changes & cancellations
Changes and cancellations follow our Cancellation Policy. We may reschedule an experience in case of weather or events beyond our control.
Conduct & safety
Guests are expected to follow the safety guidance of the guide. We reserve the right to end an experience in case of unsafe or abusive behavior.
Liability
Be a Local in Paris acts with professional care, but is not liable for delays, closures or losses caused by circumstances outside our control.
